Office manager/administrative


Personal/Professional Profile:
 Collage Degree
 Fluent English and Arabic
 Strong computer skills
 Communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Punctual
 Extremely organized, detail oriented
 Strong work ethic and positive attitude
 1 year experience
Specifics project tasks:
 Populating data in SPSS (English/Arabic);
 Validation of questionnaire (pretest) ;
 Managing office operations and activities;
 Reporting of periodical meetings with stakeholders (Ministry of Education, Executive Committee, Global Advisory Committee…) ;
 Preparing of monthly reports to Ministry of Education (Minister, Vice-minister…)
 Follow up with strategic team on weekly tasks agreed during meetings;
 Preparation and report of bimonthly strategic team - skype meetings;
 Filing, copying, mailings, and general administrative duties;
 Hard copies archive;
 Soft copies archive (drop-box);
 Assisting in Arabic/English translation and vice versa;
 Reviewing English language in documentation to be sent
