Supervises the FIT program for Convention and Catering Sales
Supervises the Conversion Rate for the Convention and Catering Sales
Participation in promotional events like FAM Trips, Manager Cocktails, …
Responsible for sales reviews within operational department
Supervises and controls the results of all sales activities achieved from the Director of Catering
Supporting the Director of Catering in field research of new locations, customer relations to contact persons of these locations, regular update of the actual location listing
Promotes cross selling in the Convention and Catering department
Develops business strategies for Convention and Catering department
Responsible that operational staff only sell rates following the actual yield management strategies
Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan and forecast objectives are achieved
Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
Oversees the selling and servicing of Catering and Convention customers
Monitors competitor activities
Personally handles all VIP events in the hotel
Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction
