Cost Estimator


Job Responsibilities:
• To review the tender drawings, BOQ and other proposal documents received from the main contactor/consultants.

• To study and prepare project specific Bills of material .

• To study and prepare project specific spreadsheets for bill of quantities.

• Shall assist management on obtaining and analyzing scope of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

• To liaise with other departments such as procurement for material availability and cost, design for systems requirements and amount of work involved..etc for preparation and finalization of tenders or quotation.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Ensuring proper & reasonable estimation & preparation of tender documents
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others, have strong interpersonal skills and be self motivated.
• Shows pro-activeness, managing & intuitiveness in work
• Enthusiasm for new challenges and new initiatives are prerequisites.
