Qualifications Required
B.Sc of Engineering. (Civil)
PMP ® certified or M. Sci holder
Age between 27 to 35
Minimum Experience of 3 ~ 5 Years in the same position.
Minimum Gulf Experience of 1 ~ 2 Years
Worked before in contracting or subcontracting companies.
Excellent background in Sage Timberline Estimating software.
Familiar with ERP systems / Oracle Preferred,
Familiar with Projects schedule, Budget and cash flow development
Ability to build wide data base to be used in the project cost estimation activities.
have a very strong monitoring and follow up capabilities.
Egyptian Nationality - Male.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain tendering process.
Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
Study & Analyze the tender documentation to review and verify the required manpower (function of time), equipments (function of time), materials, and cash required for the project
Conduct negotiation sessions with the suppliers and subcontractor in order to get the best tendering price.
Develop the different costs of all project elements based on both company standards and market standard rates.
Setup the standard margin / profit percentage per cost item.
"Review equipments and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to hire / purchase or out source the components.

Prepare estimates to used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors, suppliers or subcontractors.
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, by tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard productivity per hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
Continuous update for the costing elements by close follow up of the price fluctuation and inflation locally and worldwide.
