Sales Consultant


- Get acquainted with the dynamics of a B2B market
- Understand the operational challenges faced by customers in a B2B market
- Adhere to a sales cycle
- Adjust to our company’s individualized selling procedures
- Work with the management to achieve objectives and goals
- Penetrate accounts
- Adopt a relationship based approach
- Implement solution-based selling techniques
- Identify customer needs
- Promote the products best suited for each customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication and solicitation of feedback
- Supply trainings of in-house personnel for each customer
- Provide after-sales services
- Consistently follow-up with existing customers
- Identify with the company’s philosophy, culture, value and mission
- Adapt to company’s procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, logistics and technical service
- Report market trends
- Use industry knowledge to prepare winning proposals
- Monitor competitors’ activities
