Job Description
Study received orders and applies material resource planning methods (MRP) to reduce the wastage and cost.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Draft and Design layout of materials to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
• Preparing Production plans and schedules.
• Issue IMR (internal material requisition).
• Control the Reusable Material by returning it to raw material stock and document all transactions related and report it.
• Review production schedules, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, and production standards.
• Communicate with management to develop production standards.
• Study operations sequence and material flow.
• Analyze Production reports to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
Skills
• Advanced Computer Skills.
• Knowledge of Wood Production.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English.
Education
• Bachelor degree in similar field.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in factory production environment.
