Job Description
Provides financial advice and support to Health Centers to ensure they are aligned to the financial strategy set out by the Director of Finance and Contracting.
- providing leadership and direction as it relates to institute financial operations including financial planning, budget analysis, monthly/annual operational and financial performance metrics, business plans, strategy and other finance related matters
- Provide oversight for business operations of the Center, including financial reporting, billing and reimbursement, and outside strategic business ventures.
- Assists in developing and implementing financial strategic business plans.
- Prepare the annual budget and monitor expenditures and revenue streams.
- Experience in managing and developing strategic financial plans at a complex organization.
- Experience in delivering challenging financial plans that achieve value for money.
- Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Highly numerate, with highly developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Provides analysis and interpretation with regard to business plans, new staff recruitment, variance analysis, tending to administrative and management matters
- Experience in supervising others and measuring their performance and attentive to details.
