POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE & HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

SUMMARY : Responsible for the administration, interpretation and implementation of human resource policies, procedures and programmes; enforcement of rules and regulations and in carrying out the employment activities of the human resource department in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with the guidelines established by the company.
Co-ordinate all labour relation
To research, develop, implement, administer and evaluate full range of employee training and career development activities for all levels of employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the determination, preparation and accomplishment of goals for the Human Resource Department.
2. Responsible for the maintenance and updating of files on employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
3. Prepares and submits periodic reports for management usage and in compliance with government regulations.
4. Responsible for the training & Orientation of all personnel and security staff.
5. Sees to the upkeep and maintenance of the human resource and ensures the discipline of the all employees.
6. Take charge of personnel requisitions, addition to payroll and request for payroll changes such as promotions, transfers, reclassification and resignations; consults and co-ordinates with department head concerned prior to approval by the General Manager.
7. Assist department heads in reviewing or updating job descriptions and specifications.
8. Screen applicants (including internal candidates) for the relevant positions.
9. Makes monthly labour turnover analysis and salaried personnel activity reports.
10. Provides guidance to department heads in all matters pertaining to employment function.
11. Recommends revision of employment procedures and forms to the Human resources Manager General Manager.
12. Responsible for processing of documents for work visa applications.
13. Attends to the settlement and proper disposition of employee problems, grievances, complaints and requests following established policies, rules and procedures.
14. Act on minor infractions of house rules in consultation with department heads and serves as rganizat to employees in grievance and disciplinary action.
15. Ensure the company compliance with labour laws.
16. Keeps track and inform management of developments and trends in the local labour situation, social legislation and labour management relations.
17. Initiates and administers special employee recognition programmes.
18. Organises the dissemination of information to staff in the most effective manner.
19. Monitors closely the working environment of the work place and welfare – accommodation and makes recommendation to Management as to its improvement.
20. Conducts orientation for new employees and consultation, rganizati and coaching employees as and when needed.
21. Analysis of skills training, performance deficiencies and career development needs.
22. Development of skills training and career development programmes and activities.
23. Facilitation of rganization development workshops.

27. To submit a detailed monthly report on all aspects of Human Resource to the Human Resources Manager by the seventh of the following month.
28. To perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the Human Resource Manager or the Management of the company.
29. Monitor Foreign Worker related matters.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma preferably in Human Resources Management
Or Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, any
field but have relevant working experience in the Human Resource Department.
At least 4 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
