Sales Manager for Multinatational Company


REPORTS TO
Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Sales Manager, will be responsible for selling products and systems for Power Generation (SG1722/1723). The focus is to increase sales in a given territory. The role requires direct end customer contacts, and EPC´s working in the area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive growth areas (geographical/segment/channels), growth strategies, & market approach.
2. Sales of products and systems within the system groups.
3. Influence decisions that have major impact on region’s sales, market share, and financial results.
4. Advises customers, including senior management, on ABB’s capabilities, technology, and applications for products and systems.
5. Work with customers and ABB experts to resolve complex technical and business issues.
6. Discussions / negotiations with the clients.
7. Internal co-ordination with other departments.
8. Collection & analysis of market information.
9. Organize marketing activities – seminars, promotion, exhibitions, brochures, etc.
10. Prepare prequalifications.
11. Comply with company policies/guidelines/instructions.

Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
QUALIFICATION
Based on Electrical Engineering related studies
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor of Electrical Enigneer
EXPERIENCE / LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Minimum 10 years experience in Power Generation as sales
