Table Waer Brand Manager


1- Monitoring and supervising all retail and sales related operations and ensures implementation of the policies and procedures of the company among the brand’s team (stores and HO), by performing the following duties: 2- Supervising the sales activities within each store. 3- Holding regular meetings with management and staff to communicate the targets and objective of each quarter. 4-Feeding new training materials to upgrade the knowledge of the brand and the product among the team. 5-Sharing the HR department in Hiring staff for the stores. 6-Appraising staff. 7-Monitoring correct and timely delivery to the stores from merchandise. 8- Ensuring proper documentation between outlets and other departments. 9- Gathering the input information from the stores adequate and satisfying customer services rendered by the staff. 10- Make the purchase order according to the brand budget11- Regularly tours the sales floor, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues like Spy shop (send people and see how sales people really behave) 12- Represent company at trade associations (Malls)13- Reviews market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions. 14- Maintain employment records for each manager and staff. 15-Assigns duties to workers and schedule breaks periods, work hours, and vacations. 16-Trains workers in store policies, department procedures and job duties. 17-Orders merchandise, supplies and equipment.18- Preparing the budget of the season in conformity with the managerial, financial and promotional divisions in the company. 19- Responsible for brand market positioning and strategic marketing action plan.20- Setting financial targets for the brand and put together a number of well integrated plans to help achieving those targets, this includes: Sales Forecast – purchase Plan – Expansion Plan.
