Career Advisor


- Responsible for the development programs
- Arranging the courses schedule for the participants every semester.
- Identify the training needs analysis
- Organize the course procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Contact trainers & instructors.
- Print & Prepare Certificates & Enrollments for the participants(Attendees & Instructors)
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
- Keep projects on schedule, follow up on new updates and read daily e-mails.
- Handle customers' inquiries concerning services, billing, and inquisitions.
- Resolve customers' complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority.
- Build a customer relationship/partnership, which add value to the customer, leading
to a long term profitable relationship.
- Handle effectively the needs of the customers and enhance standards of quality for
the service offered.
- Manage a busy load of major and minor duties on time and with minimal mistakes.
