Bachelor's / Masters degree certified with 20 years experience in design and engineering of wet utilities on large projects including water supply.
Design and engineering experience of R.O.plant and STP plant is required .
Job 3 : (electrical high current section head)
Bachelor's degree in electrical power and lighting design of large projects.
LEED certified with 20+ years experience of medium and low voltage power distribution generation and distribution experiences.
Experience in ECODIAL , DOCWIN, ETAP and other manufacturer software is required.
IEC membership as ranking member is highly preferred.
Job 4 : (Electrical Low current section head)
Bachelor's degree in design and engineering of communication systems of large projects.
15+ years of engineering design.
Thorough knowledge of building management systems design is amust.
Job 5 : (BIM section Head)
Bachelor's degree in Architectural / engineering field.
10 years experience
Experience in adoption of BIM process in large and variety of projects at respectable companies.
Job 6 : (Structural Section Head)
Bachelor's degree in structural engineering with 20 years of structural design .
Familiarity with different design codes such as ACI, ASCE,IBC,PCI,SBC and AISC.
Job 7 : (Landscape section head)
Bachelor's degree in LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE with 20+ years of landscape field.
Wide experience in landscape projects in gulf area (specially Saudi Arabia)
Job 8 : (Quantity Surveying section head)
Bachelor's degree in architectural and civil engineering or any relevant field with 20 years experience in different types and sizes of building and infrastructure projects.
Job 9 : (HAVAC Section Head)
Bachelor's degree in HAVAC design and engineering of large projects, professional engineer , LEED certified with 20 years of HAVAC design , experience in District cooling and other building cooling systems.
District cooling and central utility plant design experience is required.
