Ticketing Agent
A Ticketing Agent required for reputable Company in Qatar.
Basic Qualifications
- Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System
- Handles ticket issuance, rebook and refund for group and business affiliates
- Submits daily Sales Reports of cash and credit sales
- Assist and serves customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction
- Performs administrative functions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System.
- A dynamic, outgoing, flexible, thorough and organized candidate.
- 5 years of ticketing experience.
- Excellent customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns.
- Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries work flow and processes.
- Enjoy dealing with the public, strong interpersonal and communication skills
