Production supervisor
For one of the biggest companies working in Tobacco Industry (Cigarettes):
Required for the factory:
Production Supervisor:
• Achieving 100% of the predetermined monthly production plan.
• Monitoring waste rates, Analyzing root causes and Applying means to reduce waste.
• Maintaining quality of product is being produced within specifications and correcting any kind of deviation.
• Managing, Monitoring and allocating duties to operators and workers.
• Coordination between EC and TBTD Production, Maintenance and Quality Teams.
• Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical (Production/Power section)
• Gender: Any
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Scope of experience :( FMCG & Mass Production & Industrial and Process Engineering & Lean Manufacturing).
Skills:
• Excellent user in MS office
• Excellent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management & Leadership skills
Working conditions:
• Location: 6th of October (Second industrial zone)
• Working hours: 8 hours (Rotational Shifts 6 days)
• Salary: Negotiable
