Sales Supervisor


• Job Role:

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
o Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
o Identify and resolve client concerns.
o Recruiting and training distributor sales force
o Follow-up for collection of payment.
o Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
o Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
o Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
o Spend more time on Field with his team and train them to enhance their skills
o Monitor distributors working Capital, expenses & ROI
• Experience: 3 - 4 Years in private market sector (Cafes, Restaurants, clubs… etc)
• Language: English literacy, intermediate level.
• Skills:
o High communication skills
o Presentation skills
o Active and can work and handle pressure
Salary:
o 3 – 5 K
o + Sales Incentives
