1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or have a Master’s Degree in Construction (Civil or Management) from a recognized University
Age: 35-50 years old
Experience : Minimum of 20 years working experience in construction of concrete structures and buildings; of which at least 5 years should have been handling a position of Construction Manager of Projects on which the project package worth USD$50m-upward. The candidate should demonstrate strong management skills which required to work with multinational workforce and exercise commitment to Health & Safety Environment (HSE) . Should have a good experience on the same field of a high profile building projects. Excellent records in respect to the completion of projects (hand over) ahead of schedule and also below the budget allocation. Knowledge in Project Management, Primavera, STAAD, AutoCAD Version-
2007-2008 or any computer software program that are related to building constructions(high rise) is an added advantage .
Fluent in English both in verbal and written communications.
2. PROJECT ENGINEERS
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering and must be a graduate from a recognized University
Age: 25 - 45 years old
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a construction sites (building projects-high rise) conducting inspections, monitoring & supervision, quantity take-off, estimates, revision of plan if needed etc. on which out of this 10 years, 3 years of work experience have been handling a position as a Project Engineer in a medium & high rise building construction projects. Knowledge in Project Management, Primavera, STAAD, AutoCAD latest version or any computer software program that are related to building constructions(high rise) is an added advantage .
Fluent in English both in verbal & written communication.
3. OFFICE ENGINEERS – CIVIL
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering and must be a graduate from a recognized University.
Age: 25-45 years old
Experience :At least 3 years working experience in construction of medium & high rise buildings . Must be familiar with plans specification & design and can do revision of
drawings by using AutoCAD software 2006 - 2008 version . Must have knowledge in any computer software such as Primavera, Project Management
Good in English both in verbal & written communications.
4. QUANTITY SURVEYORS - CIVIL
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering and must be a graduate from a reputed University.
Age : 25-45
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (COST ESTIMATES-BOQ, BOM) in a building construction projects.
Knowledge in Theodolite, Total Station Surveying Instruments is an added advantage. Have knowledge in Computer Software Programs that are related to quantity surveying & cost estimating.
Good in English both oral & written communications.
5. QA/Q C ENGINEERS
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering and must be a graduate from a reputed University. With or without professional license (PRC).
Age : 25-45
Experience: Minimum of 8 years working experience as a QA/QC of civil and structural construction works (BUILDING PROJECTS) of which 3 years should be at a supervisory level. Should have knowledge in Computer Software Programs used in QA/QC types of works.
Knowledge in Project Management, Primavera or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Good in English both oral & written communications.
6. SITE ENGINEERS – CIVIL
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering and must be a graduate from a recognized University.
Age: 25-45 years old
Experience: Minimum of 6 years working experience in building constructions either medium or in high rise buildings. Must be familiar with plans specification & design. Good experience in project monitoring & supervision, inspections, material take-off & estimates, safety, reports, etc.
Knowledge in any computer software such as Primavera, Project Management or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Good in English both in verbal & written communications.
7. SURVEYOR - CIVIL
Qualification: Degree in Civil/Geodetic Engineering or Certificate in Surveying and must be a graduate from a recognized University.
Age: 25-45 years old .
Experience: At least 2 years working experience as Surveyor, using all types of surveying instruments such as Theodolite, Total Station, etc.
