Focal point of contact with ISP
- Follow up all pending accounts, updating customer with last status and handling objections
- Follow up CSO work on daily basis
- Follow up the delivery of modems for customers
- Follow up installation with full responsibility on Technicians appointments
- Collecting monthly ADSL installment from customers
- Update all required sheet s and software with required data
- Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports needed for upper management
- Any other requirements needed from the Manager
