The programmer will create and modifS’ computer
programs by converting project requirements into
code.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Programs the computer by entering coded information.
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modif’ing program sequence and/or codes.
• Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
• Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
4.. Academic Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree (orhigher)in computer science or similar degree.
Technical skills. Capabilities and Experience:
• Minimum 15 years as a programmer and Experience (8 years for Kuwaitis) direct IT experience in Government sector.
• Update and develop old and current systems.
• Study, design, coding, and implementation of VB 6.5, MS Access, Crystal Report, Windows 2008.
• Familiarity with internet programming using Java, HTML,
DHTML
• Experienced in governrne Systems.
• Full knowledge in Oracle 6i, 9i.
• Some Knowledge in Object Oriented analysis and design.
• Full knowledge in Sharepoint administration
• Knowledge of DB2 / CICS Knowledge.
Keguirecj Certification and Training
Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 Forms apps Certificated.
Z Personal & Administrative Skills:
• Experience in government systems (commercial systems, management systems
