Administrative Manager


Qualifications Education and Knowledge:
1. Qualifications:
- Master Degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Administrative supervisory.
- Excellent Arabic & English language, both oral and written
- Preferably has experience in ISO 9001.

2. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring businesses run smoothly.
- oversee mail department, materials scheduling, and other facets of organization
- Managing Support Departments (Finance, H.R, Procurement, Quality and IT)
- Preside over facilities management.
- Reporting to director / Top Management
- Follow up with all administrative Tasks.
- Develop energy efficiency procedures.

3. Skills:
- Excellent Managerial Skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, Flexible.
- Excellent communication skills / Deal with different level of stock holders
- Time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
