Security Guard
Responsibilities
• Responsible for site security by maintaining auction perimeter as well as proper authorized clearance for personnel and customers, transport and supply companies and by ensuring all site policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provide customer service by assisting dealers in locating and/or shipping vehicles as well as assisting customers with general inquiries
• Ensure proper authorized clearance for personnel and customers, transport and supply companies according to pre-set site policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Educational Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in security role an asset
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Proven ability as a team player
• Must be able to work shift work
• High degree of ethics and integrity
• Criminal record search mandatory
• Valid driver’s license required
We have a full time Delivery Driver position available in our warehouse. Working alongside another Delivery Driver and a large warehouse team, you will be responsible for the delivery of goods to Customers and Retail outlets. In addition to this you will be responsible for assisting with two person deliveries, furniture assembly and general warehouse duties during busy periods. Applicants must have proven customer service experience and a willingness to be a part of an energetic team who are always willing to assist when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have a clean and full driver’s license
• Have proven Customer Service
• Be able to cope with heavy lifting and are physically fit
• Be well presented
• Be amiable and professional
• Be able to set priorities/tasks and complete in a timely manner
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow MOT regulations and safety standards
