Electrical Maintenance Executive
1. Monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of wide spectrum of electrical equipments and spare components, 2500A, 1200A, and 630A panels - 122 panels.
2. Testing and maintenance of 3-phase induction motors, Transformers, VFD Operation.
3. Routine Testing of 11KV HT panel-Testing & Commissioning of Breaker, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Capacitor and Scheme Checking.
4. Handling & maintenance of induction motors, HVAC Automation, AC DRIVES, VCB, ACB, transformer ,relay, MCC, PCC panels.
5. O&M of ACB, VCB, VFD operation, PLC Programming, MCB, MCCB, MPCB, HT & LT SOFT STARTER, MPR, DOL STARTER, STAR DELTA STARTER, CT, PT, RELAYS etc.
6. Operation & maintenance Electric circuits of Cooling tower
7. Operation & maintenance of AHU, PAHU, FCU & DX units.
8. Operation & maintenance of fire fighting equipments control panels.(Jockey,Hydrant,Sprinkler & Engine).
9. Operation & maintenance of Electric panels RO plant.
10. Handling & maintaining of utility equipment & UPS system.
11. To carry out effective and timely Preventive/ Predictive / Breakdown Maintenance by preparation of maintenance schedule and supervising maintenance activities as per the checklists through Engineer Technicians.
12. Coordinating TPM activities with Maintenance team (Kaizens, 5S, RCA, Why-Why Analysis reports, circle activities etc.
13. Ensuring availability of required spares in the section by preparing and maintaining critical spares list of the section and minimum quantities for all critical spares and ordering spares through purchase department and related follow-ups / inspection etc.
14. Manpower planning and deployment for technicians in shifts.
15. Ensure Efficiency, Safety, Environment, ENMS related guidelines based on ISO 9001 /14001/50001 standards and adherence to laid down procedures.
16. Inspection of all the Safety Interlocks as per schedule and providing new engineering Interlocks for safe conditions.
17. Recording of all the safety incidents, preparing CAPA and implementing the same & filing documents related to CAPA / incidents.
18. Following Safety guidelines in all works such as LOTO and Permit system and taking effective measures for closing of safety related Gaps.
19. Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections of electrical equipment's & for various projects to ensure quality control & operational effectiveness of utilities, equipment and machinery.
20. Knowledge of IR test ,Winding resistance measurement, Thermography of Motors, Timing test of Vaccum Circuit breaker,Ratio test of CT,PT ,Control Transformer, CRM test, Polarity test of CT,PT, Control Transformer, Capacitance measurement.
