"homeworks", Al Futtaim's newest home improvement and lifestyle brand, will launch in KSA in 2016. It will provide a wide selection of DIY and Home & Garden products, ranging from Outdoor Furniture & BBQ’s, Power Tools, Gardening Accessories & Equipment, to Bathroom and Kitchenware, Paint and Accessories, Plants and many more items. There will be a wide range of trusted and world renowned brands represented and all under one roof.

About The Position


This is an exciting opportunity to manage our first Homeworks Store opening in Jeddah, KSA. In the role of Store Manager, you will drive sales by managing the smooth functioning of the store and control the store team to ensure all work / policies & procedures are carried out within the remit of ‘Store daily operations' (sales; merchandising standards, customer service; store finance; store HR, store logistics; health & safety and security).

Achieve the most profitable operation; establish a high level of customer service, effective management of budgeted resources so as to achieve the agreed commercial and financial store objectives



About You


To be a successful Homeworks Store Manager, you will have experience within Minimum 3 years in a Store Management or equivalent level role in a high volume retail environment and ideally have an understanding of the hardware industry.

You will have excellent leadership and people management skills, proven ability to increase sales and profitability, sound commercial and brand awareness and good technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, and POS systems. You will be a true leader with the ability to interview, train, develop and assess talent.
