Warehouse Section Head
Urgently required for a famous glass factory in El Sadat city ((Warehouse Section Head)) position with the following qualifications:
1. Not less than 5 years of experience in supervisory or team management position.
2. Control of the workflow and organization of the team
3. Delegate work appropriately to direct reports.
4. Daily/weekly planning of resource within the operation as well as ensuring resources is shared across the site appropriately.
5. Work in partnership with the Stock Control, Health and Safety, Customer Services, and Quality teams in order to drive and deliver best practice at all levels.
6. Must have a strong warehouse and distribution or wholesale or trade customer's background.
7. Have good persuasion and influencing skills able to work cross functionally and build effective relationships with colleagues on the same and other sites.
8. Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to enthuse and motivate warehousing teams.
9. Strong problem solver able to use own initiative to make business decisions relating to the warehousing operation that you will be supervising.
10. Able to give and receive clear instructions both verbally and in writing.
11. PC Knowledge including word and Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
12. Demonstrable ability to build a team and manage conflict whilst also challenging assertively.
