Butcher :
-Portion beef, lamb, veal
- Cut, bone and trim mest
-serve costumers on how to prepare meat.
- prepare product display.
-Recieve deliveries and check their content and hygiene.
- order and control stock.
-Move meat stock to cold storage areas
-assist in maintaining cleaning sanitary work conditions.
