Call Center Representative


Call Center Representative is required for recognized Security Company with the following criteria:
Job Duties:
1. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
2. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
3. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
4. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

Qualifications
• Gender: Males only
• Age: from 25 – 40 years
• Experience: at least 2 years of experience in call centers.
• Language skills: Excellent command of English language.
• Computer skills: Very good command of Ms. Office
• Other skills: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking.

Work Conditions
• Work Location: Zamalek.
• Working hours: Working with rotational shifts. 2 days off after 6 working days
