Senior Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
-Work as a team leader and monitor team performance.
-Assign tasks for each member in the team.
-Participate in making the marketing plans for different projects.
-Make outbound B2B calls to business professionals in various industries with the intent to offer them services / products that they will find beneficial.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records after calls are completed.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years experience in performing B2B calls required.
-Strong English communication skills, with no to minimal accent.
-Excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
-Able to remain charming and professional when speaking with customers on the phone.
Juniors Telemarketer
