In the role of Sales Manager in our STORE NAME store in CITY you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the STORE NAME product and the Brand. You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional and unforgettable shopping experience within the STORE NAME.
You will assist with the general day to day running of the Store and act as Duty Manager when required. Your daily responsibilities will include training new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation, responsibility for corrective action at the POS, dealing with any customer issues arriving at the POS and provide an excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements..
