Head of Commercial Business Development


Electronic Company for High Technology (HighTech) is a leading and fast-growing Saudi company specialized in ICT. We are currently seeking qualified, motivated, creative individuals who aspire to build a successful long-term career in Business Development for the following position:

Head of Commercial (Business Development)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managed the day-to-day operations filling many roles to support growth and add to the bottom line.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies while providing productive administrative management involving business and financial.

- Confidentiality of all work activities.
- Tracking of work status and statistics
- Led and directed the development team to ensure the client’s requirements are being achieved with every decision while maintaining an emphasis on products cost.
- Influence and manage continuous improvement of product/ solution development lifecycle process

- Develop and maintain measurements of customer satisfaction and collect and analyze measurements.

- Direct the activities of the help desk team and customer relationship management functions.

- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, deal requirements, and client’s needs and goals.

- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, providing good business analysis, discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Strong ability to develop business cases through cost modules as well as a strong understanding of information technology, statistics, and general business analysis.

- Support and coordinate IT sourcing and vendor management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing

- Saudi Nationality

- Experience 6 Years at least in the same field.

- Excellent command of English

- Self-motivated, leadership, able to work under pressure.
