-Develop & implement marketing strategies for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
-Respond to customers inquiries in appropriate timing.
-Create attractive contents to drive traffic & engagement.
-Advocate on behalf of the company by engaging in dialogues.
-Report complaints & negative feedback to appropriate management.
-Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms that best support our customers segments.
