Branding manager


Duties & Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains the brand s' identity and positioning.
• Ensures the achievement of the brand’s short and long term sales volume, profit objectives and pax growth.
• Creates brand’s awareness among its entire target group.
• Proposes advertising and promotional activities.
• Proposes and implements a yearly Marketing plan in accordance with the brands' marketing objectives and to achieve the ESCD targets.
• Ensures that pricing and product mix are constantly reviewed. Recommend and implement ongoing changes.
• Carries out market researches to get actual market readings of the brand, its competition and market dynamics.
• Manages all the MarCom activities with the agencies.
• Customizes an action plan for branches and monitor execution with an objective of driving pax, profitability and revenues growth.
• He will have to liaise and build relationships with embassies, Associations, other NGOs, publishes and some corporates with and objective of creating mutually beneficial protocols that will be out rolled through all branches.
• Proposes and a executes an active calendar of cultural events.
• Issues and updates a Brand Manual and an Interiors Manual to guarantee the consistency of the experience all over the 10 branches.
• Creates market awareness and generates traffic for all branches through advertising and instore interactive activations.








• Changes the services offering, pricing and design on quarterly basis based on sales mix evaluation and to market performance.
• Re-launches ESCD’s libraries, face lifts branches
• Manages advertising agencies, research agencies.

• A commitment to working for the voluntary sector.
• Have good analytical and methodical skills.
• Brand-management skills and proficiency.
• Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
• The ability to multi-task and manage several strands of work at the same time.
• Advanced copy writing/report writing skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• An understanding of budgets.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A demonstrated high level of drive whether working as an individual or as part of a team.
• Excellent working knowledge of English – written and spoken.
• A bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iMovie’s
