Massage Therapist
The key responsibilities are:
Administers uniformity/consistency in treatments
Sells products in line with customer needs
Keeps up to date with new treatments
Learns products and ingredients
Maintains Health and Safety aspects of Spa
Ensures equipment is in proper fun in working order
Participates in “product knowledge days” to learn about new product and methods
Maintains market trends
Conducts a number of daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of areas under management, reporting defects and cleanliness issues to appropriate personnel
Ensures cleanliness includes management of Spa Area
Is well presented; maintains work areas and stations and practices the “clean as you go” policy
Cleans up at end of each shift and after serving each client
Recognizes opportunities to sell, add on sell, up sell
Applies suggestive retail selling techniques to maximise service
Minimizes stock usage by knowing the exact amounts for each regime
Maintains stock control/levels
Works in line with business needs
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in same field
Female aged between 25-35 years
Good command in written/spoken English
Passionate in hospitality service, polite, humble & responsible
Positive focus on customer care & team work mentality
Able to work in shifts
