HR Business Partner HRBP
Required for a Well-known Manufacturing Company Located in 10th of Ramadan , HR Business Partner with Professional Practical Experience in same field.
The Plant HR Supervisor will be responsible for providing full human resources generalist support to the Group HR Department; note this is not a remote role, you would be onsite at one of our facilities. Such support will include staffing, employee relations, and health and safety, HR program administration, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, coaching and counseling, and HR policies interpretation and application aligning with organizational business goals.
