Stock Assistant Manager Recovery Lead


As a Stock Assistant Manager (also known as Recovery Lead), you are a key holder and member of the store leadership team. You are responsible for opening and closing procedures, as well as, overseeing the timely and accurate completion of the following areas: Shipment, Updates, and Visual Merchandising Preparation (known as “Animations”). In addition, you will:
Act as the captain of the shipment process by (1) preparing and tracking all outbound shipping and (2) ensuring the most efficient receipt of product and supplies
Maintain sales floor visual standards and manage cleaning programs to ensure the store is always looking its best
Monitor all visual elements and communicate missing/damaged pieces to appropriate leaders
Organize, maintain, and modify back-of-house areas as needed
Act as a role model to other cast members by maintaining objective and professional relationships with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers, and supervisors

We think you’d be a great for this role if you have:
Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience
Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. In this ops role, you will be required to work overnight stock and recovery shifts as needed
Strong communication and listening skills
