مطلوب Material Coordinator
Material Coordinator

• Work closely with clients, suppliers and transport
• Plan the delivery and dispatch of goods
• Setup layout & space management
• Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system
• Plan, organize and control warehouse’ over-all operations.
• Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets
• Take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to Logistics Manager.
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
• Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
• Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met.
• Improve & develop of warehouse.
Qualifications / Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: Seven years of relevant experience in fields.
• Language: Good command in Arabic/English languages.
• Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (MS applications)
