Job Objective
To manage the daily production of fresh food in the canteen
Maintain quality control in the Kitchen
Focused on creating attractive looking quality & healthy food recipes for the kids
Creating nutritional program for the kids to create healthy eating habits among children
Maintain good Relationship with the School management
Job Responsibility
Responsible for creating healthy & nutritional meals for the school going children
Experience in handling Large volume production
Responsible to create nutritional program for kids in order to spread awareness of Healthy
eating habits
Should be smart enough to create exciting healthy meal alternatives
Assisting in the building of an efficient team by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety,
training and development.
Integral in the creation of and testing of menu items, procedures, and equipment.
Safeguards all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge
about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles.
Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentations which help to
assure consistently high quality and to minimize food costs
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
Leadership skills.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
Excellent time management abilities.
