Required Urgently: HR- Executive for an Upcoming Manufacturing Company
Job Requirement:
Clear understanding of Developing, updating of Policies and Procedures
Maintaining Company directory and Organisational Charts
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Managing the Recruitment process end to end
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
In-depth knowledge of Labor law, Factory Act and HR best practices
Knowledge of handling Contract Labor.
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Responsible for Employees in the HR department, the HR department and the smooth interrelationships organisation wide.
