Central Kitchen Manager UAE Openings
GLOBAL CORP GROUP (JUST BURGER, JUST FRESH & DONER BASHA & GLOBAL CHIEF CATERING) is looking for a Central Kitchen Manager which is based in Al Mafraq,Abu Dhabi to Manage/Supervise daily Central Kitchen Operation.MUST HAVE FOOD TRUCK MANAGEMENT AND MASS PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE WITH A BACKGROUND AS A CHEF (must handle/manage FOOD TRUCK) Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Supervise production staff to insure efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization and proficiency.
• Supervising the food prep and cooking
• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
• Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
• Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
• Maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.
• Ensure all plates are properly cooked
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
• Schedule kitchen staff shifts
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
• Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
