- 7to12years experience
- 3to5years minimum experience in gulf area
- highly experience in construction drawings(material take of sheet،details،material submittials،engineering and execution)of building construction
2- planning engineers
- 10years experience
- 5years minimum experience in gulf area
- high experience in premavira،progress control،
reparation of wps،construction program،manpower histogram،cash flow chart and"s"curve
3- civil execution engineer
- 10years experience
- 5years minimum experience in gulf area
- high experience in construction and ability to lead ateam of execution
- all experience should be with contractor،not with consultant
4- finishing engineer(civil or achetectural
- 4to6years experience(gulf exp.is prefered
- all experience should be with construction companies
5- foremen
- 10years minimum experience in gulf area
- all experience should be with construction companies
6- sports facilities engineer(civil or achetectural
- 5to10years experience in fixation of sport flooring،
artificial grass and sports fecilities
7- supervisor(foreman with 5 years experience
- 5to10years experience in fixation of sport flooring،
artificial grass and sports fecilities
8- head of technical office
- minimum 15years experience
- 8years experience as qs،technical office leader،
tendering stage،both awarding stage engineering
submittal and contractual issues
9- qs engineer
- 5to10 years experience
- 5years minimum experience in gulf area
- highly experience in estimation،pricing،tendering and billing / invoices
10- land surveyor
- 10years experience
- 5years minimum experience in gulf area
- highly experience in using total station and all surveying equipments for construction and roads
