Maintaining, Administrating and supporting Blackboard Learn System hosted at one of the largest Universities in Saudi.
General Requirements
- BSc Degree from reputable university.
- Min. Two years experience in Systems and Enterprise Applications Administration.
- Setup, Maintain, Administrate Windows based servers (software and hardware)
- Problem management (analysis for frequently occurred incident - solve root cause)
- Troubleshooting network bottlenecks.
- Maintains excellent communication with the IT Department on all tasks and projects.
- Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
