Job Purpose:

- Finance Coordinator is responsible in supervising all matters related to QDA financial issues, Material and contracts record to meet efficiency with QDA with QF regulations.
- Functions with an eye towards identifying new perspectives and driving organization growth in accordance with organizations policies and procedures.

Key Result Areas:

- Prepare all financial reporting Balance sheet, and with quarter/year-end closings.
- Coordinate various cash operations for multiple and/or complex units to assure controls are in place; approve Reports of Cash Receipts
- Coordinate with and report all financial operations of QDA to QF's Finance Directorate to ensure all finances are properly recorded and accounted.
- Ensure proper filling and archiving of all Finance and Material and Contracts records for safety and ease access by authorized personnel.
- Keep abreast and manage the ERP and MR systems on behalf of QDA.
- Monitor budgets for units for overdrafts and review for compliance with budget regulations and grant requirements or restrictions; prepare budget amendments and other pertinent forms for new accounts as directed
- Assist Manager of the various units with inventory and audit procedures, supervise and direct the work of other lower level staff within unit.
- Accounts payable - process expense reports; reconcile accounts; file invoices, cheque and expense reports to properly maintain an orderly and accurate filling system; enter financial data
- Coordinate cash management for administrative area (deposits, reconciliation of accounts and controls over cash and credit card processing); work with Financial Reporting on banking discrepancies
- Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring correct levels of approval and risk Control are achieved
- Reconciliations of bank accounts on a weekly basis Reviews source documents and perform certain general ledger entries/Adjustments.
- Maintains regular ledger entries/Adjustments.
- Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain information and/or to correct transactions
- Document existing procedures for administrative area and recommend updates as needed; review for compliance and assist in auditing as needed
المهارات

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Three years work experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good organization and analytical skills
- Computer literacy: MS Windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets....)
- Can work under pressure
