• Fully aware of Project Schedule for assigned area,
• Understand and follow approved processes and procedures.
• Managing contractors’ services, control quality and quantity of work performed.
• Verify that all allocated tasks and implementation works Related to ISP/OSP activities are fulfilled as in the MOP, WO’s and as per the Design’s Guidelines.
• Supervising work results and to compare results with guidelines and agreed plans.
• To ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to the Program Manager in required format and quality.
• To ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
• To conduct any site meeting and discussion required regarding implementation issues as raised by contractors or vendors.
• To identify mitigation and recommendations to avoid potential delays to field implementation progress.
• To set objectives and priorities for the execution of work for all Civil/Fiber/ISP Works and Site Facilities.
• To schedule and coordinate all field surveys and supervision tasks.
• To Submit the Project Status in Daily/Weekly or monthly basis to the Program Manager.
• Carry out coordination with other departments such as Design, O&M, PAT, Districts.
