Job Details :
- End responsibility for the integrity of the financial administrations and consolidation of all group entities
- Reporting cycle:
- Monthly board reporting
- Shareholder reporting
- Annual external audits / annual report
- Policy development
- Annual budget cycle
- Long term financial and strategic planning
- Capital expenditures monitoring and planning
- Internal audit function
- Tax structuring, efficiency and compliance
- Group Treasury matters
- Cash planning
- Group Insurance Matters
- Key banking relations
- Management of unit finance managers
- Statutory matters

Qualifications:
- 8 years of work experience in comparable financial management (travel agency)
- Fluent English speak & write
- Bachelor of Commerce English
- Masters Accounting
-Certified Financial Manager CFM.
- Certified Management Accountant CMA
-Certified Professional Accountant CPA
Certified Financial Auditor CFA
- Experience with ERP system
- Experience with financial planning/management of cyclical companies
- Experience with fund raising / bank relationship management
- Experience in tax planning and structuring
- Link with / experience in Saudi Arabia a plus
- Self-starter & organiser
- Proven ability to handle complex intercultural people matters
- Ability to structure and present complex matters
- Generally strong with IT applications; robust
