Mechanical Heavy Transport Maintenance Engineer
Conditions :
§ Performing scheduled checks on all of the transport vehicles.
§ Ensuring regular servicing and maintenance of all trucks of the establishment.
§ Maintaining a service and maintenance record of all vehicles.
§ Assigning work areas and tasks to subordinates and ensuring the timely completion of the same.
§ Coordinating with the purchase department for spare parts and other parts materials.
§ Complying with all safety norms and industry regulations for all work processes.
§ Ensuring the appropriate usage and handling of workshop testing tools and equipments.
§ Test driving vehicles to ensure that ALL the complaints are attended and functioning appropriately.
§ Train the technicians time to time and motivate them to get the maximum output.
QUALIFICATION , EXPERIENCE AND SKLLS :
§ Must be a Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in (HCV/HDT) Trucks and Commercial vehicles.
§ Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
§ Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
§ Should have the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Technicians.
§ Should understand and efficiently complete all delegated tasks
