Call center Team Leader / Supervisor Travel Industry


A position has arisen within a leading tourism company for a driven, successful Travel Call Centre Team Leader.

This role involves driving a team of travel sales consultants towards sales and performance targets, identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Structuring, leading and educating the call center sales team
• Develop and maintain a strong performing sales team (4-10 people) to meet and exceed targets
• Coach and motivate sales agents and ensuring performance standards are met
• Manage key performance indicators
• Highlight opportunities to generate sales and support the online booking through the call center team
• Determine requirements by working with customers
• Responding to inquiries form the customers by clarifying desired information
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues
