1. Planning the production/operational activities.
2. Plan and develop the processes needed for product realization.
3. Determine Quality objectives and requirements for the product.
4. Establish processes and documents, and to provide resources specific to the product
5. Determine required verification, validation, monitoring, measurement, inspection and test activities specific to the product and the criteria for product acceptance
6. Participate in the review of customer requirements related to products
7. Ensure to carry out production and service provision under controlled conditions as applicable, the availability of information that describes the characteristics of the product, the availability of work instructions, as necessary, the use of suitable equipment, the availability and use of monitoring and measuring equipment, the implementation of monitoring and measurement, and the implementation of product release, delivery and post-delivery activities.
8. Check if all the planned arrangement for production/operation is carried out.
9. Apply necessary action to ensure that production/operation always fulfill requirements and eliminate problems.
10. Ensure that validation of any processes for production and service provision where the resulting output cannot be verified by subsequent monitoring or measurement and, as a consequence, deficiencies become apparent only after the product is in use or the service has been delivered is carried out by; defining criteria for review and approval of the processes, approval of equipment and qualification of personnel, use of specific methods and procedures, requirements for records, and revalidation as required.
11. Ensure to identify the product by suitable means throughout product realization
12. Use only calibrated monitoring and measuring equipments.
13. Ensure that monitoring and measuring the characteristics of the process/product to verify that product requirements have been met are carried out.
14. Ensure that product which does not conform to product requirements is identified and controlled to prevent its unintended use or delivery.
15. Perform analysis of production data, to check product/process conformity to requirements.
