HR and Admin Officer


A leading global company specialized in electronics is urgently seeking a HR & Admin Officer to support the HR and Admin function in the Dubai Office providing administrative and coordination work. You will be required to demonstrate professionalism and build relationships with internal and external support groups; understand the company’s procedures and communicate effectively and professionally within the company and partners.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Company Policies
• Ensure Company Policies (HR and Code of Conduct) are consistent with UAE law
• Review and update policies and procedures manual as and when required.
• Ensure rollout and monitoring of Code of Conduct throughout the Company.
• Provide training on Company Policies where required.
Recruitment and inductions
• Manage internal request for headcount recruitment with department head (temp, contractor or perm) in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Prepare detailed Job descriptions for new positions / vacancies.
• Liaise and coordinate with approved recruitment companies for selection of candidates and interview process.
Performance Management and training
• Communicate and coordinate the performance process and bonus assessment
• Support Department heads in identifying training needs and requirements and coordinate with suppliers for delivery of training
Internal Reporting
• Prepare and submit Company data and KPI requirements
• Prepare monthly report to HR Committee
• Overall handling of Employee Survey
Compensation and benefits
• Prepare monthly payroll files and reconciliations in accordance with payroll schedule
• Manage company bonus process with relevant stakeholders
