From Scaffolding to Elevators and Security Systems to Air-conditioning, Sanityware and Facilities Management, the Al-Futtaim name spells quality & reliability.About the Job:In this role you will be responsible for :* Providing year-round maintenance service for customers under AMC* Acting as a one-point contact for selected customers to address their service needs* Planning and organise maintenance teams structure as per divisional and job req* Addressing system breakdowns using full technical knowledge* Introducing AMC services to prospective new clients* Satisfying the customer’s immediate needs in terms of prompt and accurate response* Monitoring the cause of any recurrence of breakdown calls by the same client* Identifying cost-control tactics to check maintenance expenses* Supporting the team in all day to day operational requirements* Ensuring timely completion of all contractual obligations as per respective SLA’s* Maintaining highest standards of communication and customer service culture* Helping the team in maintaining highest HSE standards and practices
