Senior Maintenance Engineer

Prepare the annual Maintenance plan to quarantine efficiency of workflow to achieve department objectives. Supervise implementation of annual plan and follow up the Maintenance operations on time. Participate in all projects of enhancing the products and overcome obstacles of production Ensure performance of the mechanical equipments within the plant by way of effective troubleshooting. - Maintain Maintenance records like Preventive / Breakdown / Changeover / Equipment History Cards / Spare & consumables inventory and consumption register in compliance with ISO standards.-Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques. -Planning and designing new production processes. -Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.-Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. -Carrying out quality inspections. -Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments. -Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs. -Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
