Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory Services Transaction Real Estate
As a Transaction Real Estate Consultant, you’ll support the preparation of proposals and appropriately carry out activities in connection with client engagements. You’ll also
participate in engagements related to strategic real estate advisory services, transaction support, asset management, project management, M&A. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Documenting work-steps in a way that ensures they are understandable to third parties. Preparing appropriate working papers and informative reports.
• Striving for the highest possible quality in all activities, including in delivering services to the client within the scope of the engagement.
• Handling activities largely independently.
• Tackling more complex tasks as his/her experience and competence grow.
• Informing management of engagement-related problems.
• Ensuring that his/her work is performed within the scope of the respective time, cost and quality constraints.
• Supporting the market position at all times.
• Supporting strategies, processes and values of EY Real Estate.
• Contributing to positive cooperation with a view to supporting the achievement of goals
Client responsibilities
• Developing successful client relationships.
• Earning client respect and trust by demonstrating personal and professional competence.
• Identifying opportunities to extend engagements and win new engagements. Informing management of these opportunities.
