Oriental Chef
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Working on larder, garnishes and sauce as required
•Preparing and plating dishes for Banquet Hall & Big Events ,Wedding, Dinner Gala and private functions
•Responsile for smooth running of the sections including service
THE IDEAL CHEF
•Preferably qualified with NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification.
•Experience working in Banqueting & wedding Service
•Ability to work to a time scale and plan ahead
•Previous supervisory experience
•Committed, passionate and motivated to progress with his career
